My Pan Card Is Gone. Pan Number Not Known. How To Know Pan Number ?

Pan CardIf you have lost your PAN card and do not know your PAN number, you can follow these steps to find it:

Check your bank statements. If you have ever used your PAN number to open a bank account, your PAN number will be listed on your bank statements.
Check your credit report. Your PAN number is also listed on your credit report. You can get a copy of your credit report from any of the credit bureaus in India.
Contact your employer. If you have ever provided your PAN number to your employer, they may be able to provide you with a copy of your PAN card or your PAN number.
Contact the Income Tax Department. You can also contact the Income Tax Department to inquire about your PAN number. You can do this by visiting the Income Tax Department's website or by calling the Income Tax Department's helpline number.
Once you have found your PAN number, you can apply for a duplicate PAN card. You can apply for a duplicate PAN card online or by post.
Here are the steps to apply for a duplicate PAN card online:

Go to the NSDL website.
Click on the "Apply for New PAN Card" tab.
Select the option for "Duplicate PAN Card".
Enter your personal details, including your PAN number, name, date of birth, and address.
Upload a scanned copy of your identity proof and address proof.
Pay the application fee.
Submit your application.
Your duplicate PAN card will be issued within a few weeks of submitting your application.
Here are the steps to apply for a duplicate PAN card by post:

Download the PAN application form from the NSDL website.
Fill in the application form and attach a copy of your identity proof and address proof.
Pay the application fee by demand draft or cheque.
Send the application form to the NSDL office along with the demand draft or cheque.
Your duplicate PAN card will be issued within a few weeks of receiving your application.

Call customer care regarding your PAN card (Customer Care Number :18001801961, 1800 1034455). By giving your name, father's name, your Aadhaar card number details, the PAN card number on your name will be given. After taking the PAN number, apply in Pan CSF.
You can find out the PAN number in your name by going to the nearest Income Tax office and showing the documents in your name.
